About
Welcome to Ruby's, a cozy gem nestled in the heart of Ashland, Oregon. Located at 163 N Pioneer St, this vibrant eatery captures the essence of a community hub, where locals and visitors alike come to savor delightful dishes and refreshing beverages.
As a food reviewer for Foodjoyy, I must say that the menu at Ruby's is an eclectic blend of flavors that leaves a lasting impression. Their smoothies and shakes — including tempting options like Red, Green, and Zen Master — reflect a commitment to fresh and wholesome ingredients, all priced at an approachable US$10.00. But the culinary adventure doesn't end there; their myriad of refills, such as Dirty Chai and Hot Chocolate, keep the experience exciting.
For those seeking something solid, Ruby's offers a standout variety of dishes. The Falafel Salad and Garden Salad are excellent choices for health-conscious foodies. The heartier options such as the RBG breakfast burrito have garnered rave reviews, with diners praising its size and flavor. Each bite resonates with a passion for quality that has clearly made an impact. My favorite has to be the Ruben sandwich, a perfectly crafted blend of savory meats and just the right crunch, washed down with their robust espresso.
What sets Ruby's apart from typical eateries is not just the food, but the atmosphere. The décor is surprisingly funky and inviting, creating a laid-back vibe that encourages diners to relax and enjoy their meals. With both indoor seating and outdoor patio space, Ruby's caters to every preference — whether you're in the mood for a casual lunch or a leisurely breakfast basking in the sun.
Customer testimonials reveal a deep appreciation for Ruby's warm service. Patrons like Jeni Partee highlight the friendly staff and the commitment to making every meal memorable. If there's a need for coffee refuels during your meal, rest assured, Ruby's has you covered with their impressive coffee selections like Shot In The Dark and Cafe Au Lait.
In conclusion, Ruby's is not just a meal stop; it's an experience that brings people together through the love of good food and community. The next time you find yourself in Ashland, make sure to swing by — I promise the flavors and the ambiance will capture your heart.
“ My wife and I recommend the spicy RBG burrito. The curly fries are good, too. The restaurant is popular and I recommend it if you are in Ashland. It only negative is that the wifi didn't work, but this is minor. I will visit the restaurant during my next trip. ”
“ Cute, funky, fun restaurant. Great food!! Highly recommend the Reuben and the Riley's Cheese Steak. Asked for the French fries well done. They were perfect and the best fries I've had in ages. Workers were friendly and helpful. If I lived closer, I would be a regular!! Next time I visit... ”
“ Yummy yummy breakfast burritos and coffee. I really enjoyed getting lunch and experiencing the good vibes here. Friendly staff, relaxed decor. There is a seating area outside and some tables inside if you need the AC. Afterwards, I took a walk around the neighborhood to look at all the beautiful historic houses. Good times. ”
“ Burritos were 10/10. RBG breakfast burrito was massive.. delicious. My friend got the steak and eggs and said it was amazing as well ”
“ This is a cozy little place that has a really good reuben sandwich and a lot of heart. I stopped with my husband, and the sandwich was lovely. Their espresso rocked my world. It was just what I needed to get through the 5-hour drive back home. ”
“ This was a cute little cafe near the hotel I was staying at. I appreciated the clean, cozy, homey feel, and possibly because I ran hard, the veggie burger was quite delicious! The veggies were fresh, the vegan cheese sauce was tasty. I think I would have enjoyed it starving or not. The hibiscus tea was yummy and there were alcoholic beverages available as well. There was plenty of seating indoors and out. If I'm in the area again, I'd quite possibly stop in again, especially if I'm just looking for a quick, tasty bite. ”
“ Well, this is my first review as someone who started eating Vegan options. I had 2 choices and both sounded delicious. I ended up getting the Rubinstein pictured lower on #1 and in #2. It was super delicious and and so many flavors. My son got the Ashland burger and said it was good. We shared a order of fries and the were amazing, and you get a lot for the price. I wish I would have tried this place before eating Vegan, as it looks like there is tons of yummy food. I will definitely be back. ”
“ One of my favorite breakfast/lunchy brunch places! Burritos, coffees, smoothies, everything is so yummy! Plus their outdoor seating is great. ”
